AI Impact Scoring

Feedbackview's AI automatically analyzes every feedback submission to determine its impact on your product and users. This intelligent scoring system helps you prioritize what matters most.

Impact Score Levels

Every feedback item receives a score from 1-5 based on its potential impact on your product and users. Each level has specific characteristics and suggested response times.

Critical (5)

Severe issues affecting core functionality or security. These require immediate attention as they likely impact many users or pose significant risks.

Examples: App crashes, security vulnerabilities, payment processing failures, data loss bugs
Response target: Within 2-4 hours
High (4)

Significant problems that impact user experience or productivity. Important features aren't working as expected or users are blocked.

Examples: Important features broken, poor performance, workflow blockers, integration failures
Response target: Within 24 hours
Moderate (3)

Standard feedback that improves the product but isn't urgent. Users can work around the issue or it's an enhancement request.

Examples: Feature requests, minor UI issues, workflow improvements, general suggestions
Response target: Within 3-5 days
Low (2)

Minor issues or questions that don't significantly impact user experience. Often documentation questions or cosmetic concerns.

Examples: Questions about features, minor styling issues, documentation requests, edge case bugs
Response target: Within 1 week
Minimal (1)

Very minor suggestions or issues with minimal user impact. Nice-to-have improvements that can be addressed when convenient.

Examples: Typos, very minor UI tweaks, suggestions for distant future features
Response target: When time permits

Sentiment Analysis

Available on Pro and Business plans, AI sentiment analysis helps you understand the emotional context of feedback and prioritize based on user satisfaction levels.

Users expressing satisfaction, appreciation, or excitement about your product.

Action: Leverage for testimonials and feature promotion
😐 Neutral

Factual reports, questions, or suggestions without strong emotional context.

Action: Focus on functional improvements
😟 Negative

Frustration, disappointment, or anger that requires immediate attention.
